Humane Society International UK has rebranded as Humane World for Animals, signifying a significant shift in its mission to end animal cruelty globally. With the help of creative studio Nexus Studios and director Johnny Kelly, the organization has launched a star-studded campaign led by pop icon Sia to raise awareness for their cause.
The rebrand aims to address the disconnect between public perception and the organization’s actual impact on animal welfare issues such as fur farming, factory farming, and the dog meat trade. Humane World for Animals seeks to create a world where all animals are treated with compassion and respect, and the new logo featuring a globe surrounded by various animals symbolizes this commitment.
Through surveys and interviews with stakeholders across eight countries, the organization developed a brand purpose focused on tackling the root causes of animal cruelty to create lasting change. The new name and logo aim to provide clarity for international audiences and reflect the organization’s global vision for animal welfare.
The color palette of Humane World for Animals combines bold blue with a dark green inspired by nature, representing the organization’s heritage while signaling a new era of global coherence and collaboration in the fight against animal cruelty.
