„Ich bin ein Maximalist, also geht es um Farbe und Muster“, sagt Emmy Lupin.

Emmy Lupin, one of the UK’s most prominent illustrators, did not have a direct path to her successful career. Initially studying advertising and working in design agencies, she began drawing on the side until it gradually evolved into her full-time profession. Now, she works with global corporations like Adidas and TikTok, as well as smaller businesses and charities, creating eye-catching illustrations.

Emmy’s art focuses on relatable and fun themes, often through a female lens. She explores themes of friendship, capturing the highs and lows of life with vibrant colors and patterns. Her work combines a real-world feel with digital flexibility, utilizing Procreate and traditional pen and paper techniques to create unique images.

One of Emmy’s notable commercial projects was the Ready For Sport campaign for Adidas, showcasing her ability to bring movement and energy into her illustrations. She has also worked on projects like illustrating a Manifesting Rituals card deck for publisher Quercus, showcasing her versatility and creativity.

Based in Nottingham, Emmy operates a retail space selling a variety of products featuring her colorful illustrations. She enjoys working on different subjects, including landscapes, lettering, and still life, both for personal projects and client work. Her physical shop allows her to connect with customers on a personal level, a unique experience in the digital age of art and illustration.
