Creative agency Derek&Eric stepped in to create a fresh new persona for Longbottom & Co, blending British heritage with a modern twist under the concept of ‚Playfully Proper‘. The rebrand features a bold Queen Mary mascot and a refined typographic roundel, inspired by freshly pressed tomatoes. The colour palette reflects the vibrancy of the fruit, with rich reds and golden hues. The new identity is versatile across various touchpoints, maintaining a consistent visual and tonal identity. The balance between tradition and playfulness was a key focus in the design process, ensuring that Longbottom & Co stands out in a competitive market. Early feedback on the rebrand has been positive, positioning the brand as distinctive and premium.
