Going on vacation is supposed to be relaxing, but it can be miserable if you experience constipation. In a TikTok video by gastroenterologist Joseph Salhab, MD, a traveler expressed frustration with the „out of town shutdown.“
But don’t let bathroom troubles ruin your trip. Here are some tips to help you go when you can’t poop on vacation.
